Safe Environment Program
Safe Environment Training is a requirement for St. Stephen Volunteers
who work with children, youth, and vulnerable adults.
The next on-site training will take place...
St. Stephen will offer Safe Environment Training for adults working with Children & Youth on
Saturday, June 26th, 2010 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the ROC Center.
Please contact the Religious Education Office to register 671-4434.
Also, all youth ages 14 to 18 who are volunteering during VBS or babysitting, there will also be a
Safe Environment Training at the ROC Center on Saturday, June 26th from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Please contact the Religious Education Office to register 671-4434.
(This schedule includes SEP Training on Children & Youth and Vulnerable Adults)
Safe Environment training must be taken every five years.
The Diocese now offers ON-LINE RECERTIFICATION for those volunteers who have attended the orignial 3 hour session. To register for this On-Line Recertification Training on Children and Youth or Vulnerable Adults please go to www.shield the vulnerable.org
